Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the tariff is required to confirm your booking. Bookings will not be confirmed without payment of a deposit can be paid at the time of booking by credit card or direct deposit. This payment is subject to a nil refund in the case of a cancellation. The management reserves the right to refuse the booking of any person for any reason in its absolute discretion.

Transfer of Bookings: - If, within 42 days of the your arrival date, your booking is rescheduled to an alternative date, a transfer fee of $35.00 or 5% of the total reservation charge (whichever is the greater), may be applied.

Cancellations: - Must be in writing if your booking has been confirmed with a deposit payment. Cancellations received more than 42 days before the arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee 20% of the deposit paid. Cancellations received within the 42 day period are subject to a nil refund or a credit to another date within 12 months.

Payment: Balance payments are due in full on arrival and should be paid by cash or direct debit card (EFTPOS) or by credit card. Sorry, personal cheques cannot be accepted for payments on arrival.

Arrival and Departure Times: Your check-in time is 3.00 pm and your check-out time is before 10.00am . A later arrival date or earlier departure date than originally booked will not qualify for a refund. If your departure is later than 10.00am an extra day charge may be applied unless special arrangements have been made with the manager. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Prices: - At the time of printing, the charges shown on our schedule are correct but may be subject to alteration without notice.

Cabin Change: - We reserve the right to relocate any booking under exceptional circumstances.

Pets: While we welcome your pets at our park, conditions do apply and breach of these conditions will result in exclusion from the Park. Paets are not permitted inside the cabins and decisions relating to pets in the park are at the absolute discretion of the manager.

Children: - For the purpose of tariff calculation guests aged 2 to 14 inclusive, at the time of your visit, are classed as children. Infants under the age of 2 at the time of your visit are free of charge.

Extra Car & Trailer Parking: - Parking for one car only is available for each Cabin or Van site.  Some caravan sites will accommodate parking for a second vehicle. Limited boat trailer parking is available. Please advise your needs at the time of booking to avoid inconvenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Linen:  Premium Cabins -  All linen is provided in the Premium Cabins.

Linen: Ensuite Cabins and Shearers Huts - Doonas and pillows are provided for each bed. Personal linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) is to be provided by guests. However, linen hire is available at a minimal extra cost and if required should be arranged in advance.

 
Noise & Disturbance: Loud noise by guests must cease by 10.00pm and at any other time when requested by the management. Abusive and threatening behavour towards other guests or the staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
